Turns Razorpay's Combined Report into journal-ready CSV files for Zoho Books. Each payment is split into two entries: the payment (gross amount, credit) and the Razorpay fee (debit). Settlements and refunds are kept as single entries. Pick a date range and download.
Your file is processed in this browser only. It is never uploaded to any server.
How to get the CSV from Razorpay
- Log in to your Razorpay Dashboard.
- Open Reports: dashboard.razorpay.com/app/reports
- Under Transactions, select Combined Report.
- Click Download Report and choose the duration you need.
- Go to the Downloads section and download the latest report.
- If it downloads as a .zip, unzip it first to get the .csv file.
- Upload the CSV below and click Process file.
